Q: I have never been to a spa & salon. What can I expect?

A: Spa Hollywood is unique to the area because we offer a rare combination of exclusivity and affordability. We believe that everyone should have an opportunity to enjoy the life enhancing benefits of our spa & salon. We recognize and appreciate each customer
especially first time guests who always receive special direction.


Q:  How should I prepare for my visit?
A:  Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete the
check-in process. Relax in our lounge or lobby and enjoy our complimentary refreshments while you complete your new client paperwork. No need to bring anything. We provide comfy robes and slippers for the spa as well as lockers. We will keep you discreetly
covered during all spa services according to your comfort level.


Q:  Is your staff qualified?
A:  Each professional at Spa Hollywood is a licensed professional and employed by us. They all meet stringent standards for education, experience, and excellence.


Q:  When are you open and how can I pay?
A:  Monday - Saturday, 9am - 7pm. We accept all major credit cards, checks, cash and Spa Hollywood gift cards. Prices are subject to change without notice.


Q:  What are Spa Hollywood gift cards?
A:  They are wonderful gifts... affordable and convenient. We sell them in any dollar amount and they never expire. The card must be presented to be redeemed and can not be replaced if lost or stolen. Cards are non refundable.


Q:  Are there any considerations?
A:  We ask that you do not smoke, use cell phones or bring children to our quiet areas.


Q:  Do I need to tip?
A:  Gratuities are always appreciated by our staff. They may be added to your credit card as well as paid in cash.


Q: Are groups welcome and is there a discount?
A:  Yes. Please ask for our Spa Director to make special arrangements for your party.
We offer a discount of 10% off for groups of 5 or more.


Q:  What if I am late or need to cancel?
A:  Arriving late will limit the time of your service.Your treatment must end at its scheduled time so that we may accommodate the next scheduled guest. Should you need to cancel or change your appointment time we ask for 24 hours notice or we charge the full amount of the service. We do require a credit card or gift card to reserve all appointments.
