When you enroll in the Just In Time program, Spa Hollywood will send you an email which will detail scheduled vacancies for the next day. If you choose to call us to schedule an appointment for one (or more) of those vacancies, you will receive 10% off the regular price for the service. We will also donate to a selected charity each month.

So, you can receive a wonderful service at a reduced price, and support a local charitable organization simultaneously! Our Guest Services staff will be happy to answer any of your questions regarding our Just In Time Program.

Timing
In order to enhance your experience, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Enjoy spring water and refreshments in our lounge.

Cancellations
Cancellations require a 24 hour notice or the total service will be charged by Gift Card or Credit Card. This includes changing appointment times and appointment scheduled less than 24 hours in advance.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards are available in any dollar amount. Gift Cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service for redemption. Gift Cards cannot be transferred or used for the purchase of other Gift Cards. Lost Gift Cards cannot be replaced.

No Smoking Please
Smoking is not permitted to ensure a healthy environment.

Considerations
To ensure the ultimate experience for yourself and other guests, please refrain from bringing cell phones and pagers to all spa appointments.

All RETURNS are accepted with receipt and cannot be processed without the original receipt. All credits will be issued with spa credit.
